Metal Drum Coating UN Approve
Metal drums are used for bulk shipping of essential oils over long distances. Standard capacity is 200L. The strong material blocks light and oxygen, keeping the aroma and chemical quality stable during storage and transport. Each drum is sealed to industry standards and labeled with a batch number for tracking, quality control, and global compliance.
Jerry Can HDPE UN Approve
25 L and 30 L HDPE jerrycans are used for small to medium volumes of essential oils. High-Density Polyethylene is lightweight, strong, and resists chemicals, making it ideal for essential oil packaging. Each jerrycan has an airtight seal and batch label to keep the product safe, easy to handle, and compliant during transport.
Aluminium Bottle
Aluminum bottles in 5 L and 10 L sizes are used for mid-volume shipping of high-value Patchouli oil. The high-purity aluminum blocks all light and oxygen, keeping the aroma and chemical quality stable. Each container has a reinforced leak-proof seal and a batch label for full supply chain traceability.
Amber Glass Bottle
Amber glass bottles in 30 mL and 50 mL are used for sample distribution and lab testing. The amber color blocks harmful UV light to prevent damage, while the non-reactive glass keeps the oil’s purity. Each bottle has a secure cap and batch label to ensure quality and compliance from the lab to the customer.
